O quote this dead person and maketh him famous!
April 15, 2008In attempting to say something poetic, yet again, I ended up collecting "quotable quotes." It was one of those boring after-graduation days when you have nothing to do but entertain yourself with things around you. So, I grabbed me a pen and a pad of paper and started to write. Then in the middle of my writing I observed that my words had a casual tone, almost bland and boring. I tried to write more poetically but all that came out were words I’d write on my diary. Casual and everyday-ish. I then remembered that I kept a collection of quotes from novels and short stories I’ve read. These quotes strike me as piercing and gives this prevalent feeling among people, especially people in love. ^^ Here are some of those quotes. Now if only I could find the rest of them in my messy room…

- "The Bourne Identity" by Robert Ludlum
My heart has never loved him, although I have done my best to hide my true feelings.
- Brunhild the Valkyrie from the Norse epic Sigurd the Dragon Slayer
